Charles Mignon is a 3rd generation, family-owned house in Épernay. Their 'Grande Tradition' is 60% Pinot Noir and 20% each of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Yields are kept deliberately low and the wine is given a minimum of 2 years bottle ageing before release.
