The name Alkoomi comes from the local aboriginal dialect and means " A place we chose", produced from the Shiraz grape, grown on the gravelly loam soils of the Frankland River region of South Western Australia this wine has a complex bouquet of savoury toasty oak with sweet blackberry and mulberry fruit, followed by sweet juicy cherry, aromatic plum and notes of rich dark chocolate on the palate.
